What is your shipping policy?

We ship our products within 4 days of receiving your order. Our preferred method is USPS First Class Mail.

At this time, Annie James is only shipping in the lower 48 states and does not offer international shipping.

What is the shelf life?

All of our products are made in small batches at the time you place your order. Since our ingredients are all natural, the properties of the oils can breakdown with exposure to oxygen and light. Our products are intentionally packaged in blue glass bottles to protect the oils within. Each product has a 12 month shelf life. The optimal place to store our products is out of direct light and heat.

When should I use my Annie James products?

The facial cleanser works best at night before bed. This allows the product to work its magic while you sleep! The acne roller and wrinkle roller are beneficial at night after you cleanse your face. In the morning, you can use the acne roller or wrinkle roller prior to applying makeup. Since they are in an oil base, they can provide a moisturizing effect as well in the morning. It is best to allow 5 minutes for product to absorb before applying makeup or sunscreen. Our Daily Moisturizer is a great option in the morning as well; it only takes 3-4 drops to give your face some extra moisture. The lip balm can be used anytime throughout the day; however, I really like to apply it before bed and let the ingredients soak in while I sleep.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are self care items, we do not accept returns; however, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. So please contact us within two weeks of your purchase date if you have an issue with a particular product. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at anniejamesproducts@gmail.com. We encourage customers to provide photos of damaged or defective products.
