Drink more water! If we had a nickel for every time we said this, we’d be rich. Your skin won’t stay moisturized if you’re dehydrated from the inside out, so grab your bottle and start hydrating.

Don’t skip the SPF. Just because you’re spending more time inside, doesn’t mean it’s time to stop wearing sunscreen. Your skin needs that UVB and UVA protection year-round!
